I know I can NOT be alone in becoming completely overwhelmed in the toilet paper aisle at Kroger. How on EARTH am I supposed to figure out how much it costs per wipe, when the 1000 sheet rolls and 750 sheet rolls are packaged in 12-roll packs and 4-roll packs as single-ply and double-ply and extra-fluff?
That is way too much math, people.
And this doesn't even include eco-factors, like how far the tp traveled to get to the store.
I am absolutely exhausted.
Does anyone know how to navigate requisite wiping supplies?

Imagine my confusion when I saw my fave brand had two 12 packs...one where they are stacked up (4x3) and one in a squat (6x2) and took me forever to see one is a 'double' roll and one is a 'mega' roll. So they are basically the same. It's nuts
That is one thing I only buy one brand of. Some things you have to be picky on. however, today I did buy reusable produce bags off Etsy. fun times!
Of course! I should have known you're the go-to girl on this sort of stuff!
SO...?!?!?!?! What's your brand? And why is it your brand?
i have an answer: look at the unit price (corner of the price tag) which is what you pay per square foot of toilet paper. well, that's what craiggers and i do! :)
Ooh...I'm going to try that!
Margot honey...buy Marcal's "Small Steps" recycled brand 'cause all that squishy stuff is made from the long fibers of old-growth trees. Spend a couple bucks extra on good care of Creation. xo Jujorama, eco-hippie
Now that's what I'm talking about! Great lead, Juj.
Sadly for me, I think eco needs to trump bargain.
Discipleship is so fun.
